Weighted Jump Rope HIIT
Cardio Conditioning and Strength-Endurance in One Session
JumpIron sessions use Apple Watch audio cues to structure heart-rate-based work and rest intervals in real time, then finish with an AI-assisted performance review to track progress.
Plus, non-sparring karate fundamentals bring the powerful, efficient, full-body movement dynamics of martial arts in a fitness-focused format that complements weighted jump rope HIIT and serves as an excellent warm-up ahead of jumping rope.

Built from Demanding Real-World Coaching Experience
Jim Levy created a weekly in-person Karate & Fitness class for blind and low-vision adults at Braille Institute Los Angeles. The class launched in January 2024, and he has instructed it as a volunteer ever since.
The class emphasizes precise verbal coaching and active training to accelerate skill development, improve fitness, and create a lively, energetic group environment. The class welcomes students with a wide range of physical abilities and limitations while maintaining a constant focus on independence and safety.

Those same coaching principles now shape JumpIron’s corporate wellness classes for the general population: clear instruction, fast skill development, active full-body movement, and safety-focused coaching delivered in a time-efficient, high-energy format.
Built for Corporate Wellness
JumpIron combines weighted jump rope HIIT with non-sparring karate fundamentals to create a time-efficient conditioning class for busy teams. Sessions use progressive rope weights, cushioned mats, and clear coaching instruction to build aerobic fitness, strength-endurance, agility, and sustained engagement without requiring a full gym setup.

• 30-minute class format for busy employees
• Adaptable instruction for different fitness levels
• No gym required; JumpIron can provide the essential training equipment
Heart-Rate-Guided Training
JumpIron uses Apple Watch audio cues to guide preprogrammed heart-rate targets for both work and rest intervals. The cues provide real-time structure so participants can adjust their pace instead of guessing when to push, slow down, or recover. Each session can finish with an AI-assisted performance review showing time across heart-rate zones and custom target ranges, making progress easier to track.
