JumpIron can organize a two-hour block across multiple class times to serve workplace wellness programs and employee groups. Travel outside Greater Los Angeles may be available by arrangement.
Weighted-rope intervals combine repeated jumping with the muscular effort of gripping, turning and controlling the rope. Work and recovery periods provide a clear structure that can be adjusted for the group.
These exercises supplement weighted jump-rope training by developing muscular strength-endurance, joint control, and postural capacity.
Heart-Rate Guidance
Work and recovery intervals are coached in a clear sequence. Heart-rate information may be used where appropriate, without requiring one unsupported device workflow.
No previous jump-rope experience is required.
All jump-rope training is performed on 1⅝-inch impact-absorbing wrestling mats that the manufacturer states meet or exceed ASTM F1081/F355 Impact Protection Standards.
Equipment requirements and responsibilities depend on the group size, location and program format and are confirmed in the written proposal before booking.
Sessions can be held indoors or outdoors.
